BB XLIII Grand Tournament - Secret Weapons?

Info & rules pack says

"you must bring along copy of latest edition of the rules Handbook & latest annual or printout of living rulebook (version 3(?*) )" - page 2 , column 2, 8th bullet point

Are the Secret Weapons rules from the 2003 Annual IN ??? If so, and you're tournament team returns to normal after each match, DOES THIS MEAN your secret weapons lost through confiscation or death are also returned?

I'm guessing Secret Weapons are OUT for the Tourny, as otherwise there would be little risk associated with them. The roar from those Chainsaws starting up would be deafening!!!

Anyone know who I could direct this question to (I prayed to Nuffle , but I'm still rolling 1's and not 6's...)??

* could only see version 2 on BB website - but I am pretty dumb...

Hope this makes sense, don't wanna have team sheet ripped up on the day cos have bought secret weapons for all my players!!

If only Big Guys could intercept thrown Team - Mates!

you can always hire Starplayers with Secret weapons for double the cost on the card.

Even in the annual, the Secret Weapon rules are marked experimental.
So no Secret Weapons (other than double priced stars) for the Blood Bowl.

Also, version 3 of the LRB isn't out yet but should be in time for the tourney. If in doubt use the LRB 2.0 and a printed copy of the rules review errata.
