Come over to the Blood Bowl, spend all that cash and then play every game getting shat on by teams full of beardy powergamers. Then say "Gee that wasn't balanced but it sure was fun".
Unless they have suitable restrictions, stars turn any tourney they are used in to a complete and total lottery.
While banning/doubling the price is not exactly what I'd have wanted, better that than allowing them to run free.
