MY NAFLM Fork - Including DZ and Spike 1-4

Hasn't been much movement in the official NAFLM build for a couple of years now, I have cherry picked some of the fixes and assembled a fresh build with the latest Spike Data;

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DATABASE AND FILES FIRST

The fresh install link should also work if the files are just copied over top of your existing NAFLM install. If you do that be mindful to keep your existing settings.php file and delete the install.php file.
