There should be more swag - badges, dice, dice bags etc and baked goods too! Players are encouraged to bring their own baked goods to donate.

Rosters should be completed and submitted 1 week before the event.

Team Building rules:
1,150,000 GP. Unspent gold will be lost and all teams will be considered to have the same TV.
Minimum 11 players before star players
Maximum 16 players including star players
Stars cannot be given extra skills
Teams can purchase an apothecary (if allowed), cheerleaders, assistant coaches and dedicated fans as usual. Note that teams start with 0 dedicated fans usually for Exhibition Play.
Each team can pick skills based on its tier below

Any team released 1 month before the event date will be allowed.

Tier 1 - 6 primaries, 1 secondary, 1 player with stacked skills, 0 stars
Amazons, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Shambling Undead, Skaven, Underworld Denizens, Wood Elves
Tier 2 - 7 primaries, 1 secondary, 1 player with stacked skills, 0 stars
Elven Union, High Elves, Humans, Necromantic Horror, Norse, Orcs, Slann, Tomb Kings, Vampires
Tier 3 - 6 primaries, 2 secondary, 2 player with stacked skills, 0 stars
Black Orcs, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegades, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Nurgle, OWA
Tier 4 - 7 primaries, 3 secondary, 3 player with stacked skills, 1 stars
Goblins, Halflings, Ogres, Snotlings

Every team has a skill cap of 3 of each skill. A team cannot select skills beyond the cap for each skill after team building. For example, a dwarf team can take 6 linemen who come with block, tackle and thick skull, even though they have a skill limit of 3, but would not be able to select block for any of their players as they are at/over the cap after team building (same for thick skull and tackle). A max of 3 linemen could be given guard as no player has guard. Similarly a Skaven team with 2 blitzers could only take block one 1 other player.

A tier 4 team may take a star at the cost of 2 primaries and 2 secondaries but cannot have more than 1 star total.
Star players that come in pairs can still be selected.

A primary skill may be selected instead of a secondary
A number of players, based on tier, may be given 2 skills (2 primaries or 1 primary and 1 secondary)
A player may not be given 2+ secondary skills
