Skill stacking is allowed in the ruleset. But I couldn't see if you were just allowed a second skill or could stack all skills on one player?

Hi Besters,

You can totally stack all your skills on the same player, and risk the opening kick-off Officious Ref and lose them before the match starts...

As long as you don't exceed the same skill twice, or exceed 6 additional skills on one player (they can't go past Legendary) you're good to go.

We have had a drop out, so one of the reserves has gone in. A final decision will be made on Wednesday if we can squeeze another table in to push to 26 players. I'm keen to do it, as it will allow me to offer another prize that I have planned which will be announced on the day, but it's subject to the space available.

Cool. Thanks mate. I'm also only an hour away, so if you needed to call me early in the morning to join, then I can make it. I'll pm you my mobile. :)

Okay, we've been to the hall, and it will be a squeeze to fit the extra table in to stretch to 26 players, but we should be able to do it.

I am trying to contact the other reserve player to confirm if he can play. Ideally I wouldn't play so that I can keep up with the admin, but if it comes to it, I could do.

Head up Pete. It'll be good to have you with us.

Does it then make sense to bring 3rd edition board and figures if possible, rather than the larger recent versions?

Unfortunately not. It's not the board size that is the squeeze, it's table vs room size.

We'll make it work safely.

Hello! The A12 junction at Chelmsford was shut. Then the A12 was shut at Colchester.
We are on our way but might be slightly late.
Thanks!

Great tournament Justin! Really smooth and well run, and squeezing 26 was fine. Thanks again!

Thanks to my three opponents for some fun games.

Thanks guys.

I spoke to the venue staff, and all being well, we're looking at 26/10 for "Suffolk Subterranean 2 - There's something down there!"

Myself and the organising team have already had discussions on how we're going to add something next year which we hope will be even more fun.

Full results will be posted later, when I find time to put the monitor back on the desktop pc and upload to The NAF.
