For a tier 3 team and a player that takes 2 skills; can they both be secondaries?

Yes mate. One player can skill stack and tier 3 get two doubles

At even numbers at the mo but can add you to the reserve list as Lunchmoney might be able to make it

Well...@Daniel Martin-Corben has worked his magic on TourPlay (get him ). TV is set at 1,300,000 so that you that are taking a giant can (rule pack states they are 250 rather than the usual 350). Registration is available via Tourplay. The rules in the PDF are the final, TP has been adjusted to cope with the requirements of the rules pack and to stop it throwing errors. For example, everyone has a extra secondary in the skills choices, this is for your meal time mutant. Message myself or Joe to get this added to your player, though it can also be added on the day of the tournament before its started.
