The West Middenland Open will be returning in 2023 at Acocks Green Baptist Church.

Slight tweaks to the rules to keep Leap happy but broadly speaking it'll be similar to last time out.

Did you know... the organisers of the West Middenland Open, after casting envious eyes on the 'Major' status of the NAF Championships, spent several days plotting to steal the status for their own tournament. Unfortunately the scribe had only brought one scroll with him, and this was lost when he was sent out on the sandwich run.

To get a ticket you will need to send £15 to paypal.me/PercyTheTroll Please mark the payment as friends and family and include your NAF Name and Number so I can match payments up.

You will not be allocated a place at the tournament unless you have both paid and filled in the form.

Did you know... the organisers of the West Middenland Open, upon viewing the Star Player meta, were an early adopter in removing the "megastars" from the game. The only issue that remained was the spare coach for the tourney couldn't do their full horrible Goblin build and kept posting spam on the TFF thread as a petty retaliation.

Did you know... the organisers of the West Middenland Open have invited the winner of Best Painted trophy from last year, a Coach known as Leap, to award the trophy at the event this year. Unfortunately entrants may be dissappointed owing to the fact that his first response was, "mine are obviously the best, I don't need to see the rest".

Did you know... the the organisers of the West Middenland Open are such grumpy old men that the majority of the spot prizes are first and second edition miniatures from when they were youths, when asked about the current rule set they were quoted as saying, "if it doesn't have loads of tables to look up stuff on, and the dice have silly pictures rather than numbers, this ain't the Blood Bowl we know".

Did you know... the the organisers of the West Middenland Open were recently talking about extending the number of tables with one of the organisers of "the biggest one day tournament in the universe", and were encouraged to extend to the same size. However, they had their doubts as to whether this was just a ploy to have an excuse to strangle them in the near future.
