Hello Coaches!!!!
Here we are again for another wonderful BILBALI TEAMS CUP!!
In this XVIII Bilbali Cup we keep the Tag Team format for the 6th year.

No, it's just that on friday we'll gather with as much people as possible and go to the Old Town of Bilbao to drink, eat, talk Blood Bowl and speak badly about those that didn't come.
WHERE
We count with the support of the Getxo Townhall so the Jai Alai in the Fadura Sports Center will be the venue, again.

Swiss resurrection tournament, 6 rounds, 4 coach tag teams (with the possibility of being 5, but every round one coach must rest and not play)
RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT
Rules for Bilbali Teams Cup 2023 will be the same as the V NAF World Cup, to be held in Alicante this very year 2023: https://www.vnafworldcup.com/en/#/
With the following changes and additions:
1. Groups of 4 or 5 coaches
Only 4 coaches, chosen by the Captain, will play each round. The 5th coach will have to stay out of the games, giving 0 "coaching" to her mates. Obviously, "coaching" between playing coaches is also forbbiden. The only legal "coaching" is that one refering to Squad Tactics, for example: "You must win this match if we want to win the round, go for the win" or "A tie is good for us, do not risk" or even "Oh man.... you are so bad... please do not loose 0-3 again, how can you be our captain??".
At the end of each round, captains of 5 members squads will tell to the staff who is not playing next game.
2. Conference Rerroll:
Squads that play a round with 4 playing teams that share it’s racial rule (Badland Brawlers, Elven Kingdom League, etc) will have at it’s disposal a Conference Rerroll. This is a one-use rerroll available each round. The captain of the squad will be responsable of deciding who in the squad may use it, and when. He may decide it as a request from his coach-mates or on his own (“Captain, let me use the Conference Rerroll!! I really need it to reroll this Sprint!!!”). The racial rule “Favoured of…” counts as the same racial rule no matter which god has been chosen.
Beware! The only exception to the published rulebook is Tomb Kings, that will be also part of the Lustrian Superleague

3. Pairings
First round is done as a blind draft. Subsequent rounds are organized as in any Swiss tournament.
An Individual scoring will be held to organize coaches in the squads. In every round you will be facing the coach of the opposing squad who has more or less the same points as you.
6. How to win the tournament (points and tiebreakers)
Squad
This is how the squads win points:
Victory: 2 Pts
Tie: 1 Pts
Lost: 0 Pts
A squad wins the round if they got more victories than the opposing squad.
The Txapeldun (winner) of the tournament is the squad who got more points after 6 rounds. Being the Tie-Breakers:
1. Squad Points
2. Result of the round between the tied squads
3. Opposing Squads Points
4. Individual Points of the coaches of each squad
5. TD Net
6. TD+
7. CAS+
8. Random
Individual Coaches
There is an individual ranking carried along the tournament to give a prize to the "best" coach of the weekend. Every individual coach will recieve points as stated here:
Winning a game: 7 Pts
Tie: 3 Pts
Lost: 0 Pts
Concession/Give Up: -5 Pts
****: When a coach gives up the game, it will count as a 2-0 loss, both for TD and CAS, or the current score wichever is higher. Giving up coach will lose 5 points and will receive public humilliation.
THE OLD GUARD NEVER GIVES UP
To know who is the individual champion, following criteria will be followed in this order (for tie breaking):
1. Points
2. Rival Points (only taken into account on last round to minimize calculations in the app)
3. TD Net
4. TD+
5. CAS+
6. Random
Last rules/clarifications:
+ If a Coach (by an unfortunate mistake, for sure) puts 12+ players on the field, this will be the procedure: if the ball is not in play (coaches notice the infraction before the kick off) the coach with extra players will take out to the bench the necessary players to have 11 on the field. If the infraction is detected while tha ball is in play (after the kick off) random players from the 12+ players team will be sent to KO by the referee and his beloved pointed stick. If one of this randomly selected players is the ball carrier, the player will leave the ball in his square before running for his live, this will make that there is no turnover (but the player will be sent to KO as well).
+ The dice given by the staff to the coaches is a gift and its use is not mandatory. What it really is mandatory is to share the dice pool if asked by one of the coaches. If you plan to use this rule, please bring Hand Sanitizer.
+ If you are becomming a new member of the NAF in this tournament. Please, be proactive, tell the staff, tell them your NAF numeber and nick name as soon as you know it.
+ Non sportmanship attitudes will be punished coldblooded, with great fury and strong vengeance. You know what kind of things we mean. This is a Blood Bowl party, do not spoil the party if you do not want to meet Nuffle's righteous fury

HOW DO I REGISTER ME AND MY MATES
Registration gives right to play 6 matches and the obligation to bring your team painted. The rest of things needed to play will be provided by the organization: fields, benches, tokens, dices, ball and a meal for Saturday's lunch. Every year we make a gift for all participants and of course this year will not be different.
All registered squads before 16th of April will receive additional prize: d16 + d8.

Once all the information is checked, we will send you payment information. REGISTRATION IS NOT FULFILLED UNTIL PAYMENT IS DONE.
COST
Registration is 35€ per team member. Registration includes:
1.- Playing the tournament
2.- 3 block dice + 2d6
3.- 2 conmemorative metal coins: apothecary, bribe
4.-Saturday's lunch: Sandwiches + Chips. FOOD ALLERGIES?? INTOLERANCES?? LET US KNOW
5.- Sodas, fruits and sweets along the tournament, all-you-can-eat
Take into account that we are organizing 2 different dinners for Saturday evening:
1) Cider House: Typical basque food including T-Bone steaks and all-the-cider-you-can-drink for 36€ per person. The place is Sidreria Galtzagorri in the Santutxu neighborhood. Dinner starts at 22:00. 80 people is maximum number of attendees.
2) Pintxo Party: big catering with around 5 pintxos and 2 drinks (beer, soda or water) per person for 16€ per person in Malatesta Bar in the old town of Bilbao. If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, let us know in advance!!
You can put your chosen dinner in the Registration Form. Whana bring extra people to dinner not from the team? No problem while it makes sense. Put it in the form and say it to us in the mail.
DATES
June 18 is closing date for registration. From that moment on we will admit new squads only if the toal number stays even.
July 2 is also closing date for sending the rosters.
CHARITY RAFFLE
