This is getting used on some hotwings tomorrow
(1kg wings in the oven for 20 minutes at 180fan, then 20 minutes at 200fan, on a grill tray so they are raised out of their fat. This should give you crispy skin.
Meanwhile, half a bottle of that sauce, plus a slightly smaller amount of honey in a pan, bring to boil and simmer. Add a little Worcester sauce, paprika, pepper, cider vinegar. Reduce by half.
At the last minute add a few lumps of butter and stir until smooth.
Put wings in a bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix the wings to get them thoroughly coated.

I second this! My eldest is frustrated that no one else in the family like spicy food so they’ve claimed the Bryce The Spice hot sauce for themselves.
