Has there been a decision on whether you will allow the new Norse and their star players?

I understand a NAF "Major" wanting to lock their rules pack ten months in advance (well not really but that's their excuse) but it seems a bit weird to not allow them in a tournament given that they will have been out for half a year when the Davotational happens.
