Darkness Fouls... VII @ NoVA Open, Sep 2nd & 3rd 2022

Darkness Fouls...
Friday (Sep. 2rd) & Saturday (Sep 3rd)
Check-in Begins: 7:00pm Friday
Game 1 & 2(Fri) : 8:00pm & 10:30pm
Game 3 & 4(Sat) : 8:15pm & 10:45pm

This is a Ressurection-style "Blood Bowl Classic" Tournament. That's right. Real Blood bowl is still out there.
No new rulebooks or models required. Come have some fun!

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:
Your team (preferably painted) created using the official Blood Bowl Rules Set.
A Minimum of two copies of your roster: One for the TO and one to have during your games. Clearly note bonus skill assignments and Inducements.
Block Dice, 2D6, 1D8, and 1D12 or higher for random player rolls.

All NAF approved Teams are available for use.

-|- Team Creation Rules -|-
- 1,100,000 gold to build your teams(players, rerolls, coaching staff, apothecaries and inducements). This gold is for your team only. Bonus skills are added after roster creation.
- You must have Eleven(11) players on your roster before purchasing Star Players.

Inducements
These are the ONLY inducements available for this tournament:
INDUCEMENTS – You can purchase the below inducements as permanent additions to your team. There are specific inducement lists for each NoVA Open event:
0-1 Master Chef - 300,000 (100k for Halflings!)
0-1 Igor - 100,000
0-2 Bloodweiser Babes/Kegs - 50,000
0-2 Wandering Apothecaries - 50,000
0-3 Bribes - 50,000 (30k for Goblins)
0-2 Star Players - Price per listing in Rulebook(BB2016 or CRP accordingly per team)
...and/or ONE of the following:
0-1 75K GP - Acme “Desert-Dwellers” Special dynamite bundle : A random inventory audit has uncovered a stash of Acme dynamite bundles quickly aging their way into very dangerous territory. This is an “Everything-must-go!” sale. Get em while they last! The coach selects a square on the pitch to throw the ‘package’ to. Roll a 1d6: on a 1 the ‘package’ lands at the feet of the very surprised coach and he will be considered unavailable for the remainder of the half as though he’d been ejected. The throwing coach rolls d8 scatter TWICE to determine the final landing square. Any model in that square and every adjacent square around it become Knocked Down on a roll of 3+ (Armor checks/injuries apply as normal).
0-1 50K GP - Acme All-Purpose “Hole” : This inexplicable oddity is hand-delivered to a specific player on the field at the exact moment specified by the coach for use.
The selected player plops the ‘hole’ on the ground and leaps into it vanishing immediately! The coach selects a square anywhere on the pitch not currently occupied then scatters from there 1d6 spaces in a random direction. The chosen player pops back up into existence through the hole in that square. If the scatter lands on an occupied square: Both players are knocked prone(Armor & Injury rolls apply). If the scatter lands off the pitch: Roll for Injury as if the player had been pushed into the crowd. The selected player's turn is finished in that square once he/she emerges from the hole.
1) Select player 2) Select destination 3) scatter(d8+1d6) and apply results 4) put player in new square



Bonus skill choices
Each team will have an amount of GP as listed below for the purchase of extra skills after the initial 1.1mil has been spent.
Tier 1: Dark Elves, High Elves, Wood Elves, Chaos Dwarf, Dwarf, Skaven, Norse, Amazon, Lizardmen, Undead, Brettonians, Daemons of Khorne, Orc
Tier 2: Chaos, Pro Elf, Necromantic, Human
Tier 3: Vampire, Slann, Khmeri, Chaos Pact, Nurgle, Snotlings
Tier 4: Ogre, Halfling, Goblin, Underworld

GP per Tier: Tier 1: 50k, Tier 2: 100k, Tier 3: 150k, Tier 4: 200k

Prices per improvement:
20k for a New Normal Skill
30k for a skill that can only be taken on doubles
40k for +1 MV or +1 AV
** No Extraordinary skills can be taken. Mutations upgrades can be chosen if your player could take them as a Normal or Doubles choice.
These are the only improvements you may choose.
Any GP remaining after all your choices have been made is discarded and does not apply towards your TV nor anything else, for that matter.

UPDATE :
Through lack of oversight or GW shenanigans...the Oold World Alliance team was left out of the rulespack for this tournament.

OWA is classified as an 'official' team and as such is allowed in Darkness Fouls...

OWA will be considered a TIER 3 team for purposes of Bonus Skill assignment
