Chaos Cards Winter Trophy 2022

Nearest rail: Folkestone Central (approx 10 mins walk).
Recommended car parks: Sandgate Road Car Park, Sandgate Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2BY or Bouverie Square Car Park, Bouverie Pl, Folkestone CT20 1AU. (both are approx 2 mins walk)

First game: 10.20
Lunch: 12.35
Second game: 13:10
Third game: 15:35
Finish and prizes: 6pm (store closing)
Strictly 2:15 per round.
Rules:
Swiss style resurrection tournament
All current NAF rules.
All NAF teams allowed.
All teams get a starting treasury of 1,150,000 gp which can be used to buy players, staff and rerolls.
Only Stunty Teams (Ogres, Goblin, Halfling and Snotlings) may purchase 0-1 Star Players after 11 rostered players.
You must choose one of the following Skill Packs. Max 2 additional skills on any rostered player. Stars may not gain additional skills.

ALL teams must choose one of the following five Chaotic Patrons for the tournament. If your team is already a favoured of Nurgle or Khorne you must choose that Patron.
1) Chaos Undivided
Your team hedges their bets and seeks to please all of the Chaos Gods.
Before each game roll a d6.
1 – Cursed. Your indecision has angered the Dark Lords. Randomly select a player who has gained an additional skill. They lose the skill for this game.
2-3 – Apathetic. The Chaos Gods are yet to see your true potential. Nothing Happens.
4-5 – Celebrated. One of the Pantheon finds your team interesting. Randomly select one of the four gods from below. Their special rules apply for this game.
6 – Blessed. For this game only D3 random players on your team may gain a Primary skill or 1 random player may gain a Secondary skill .
2) Khorne
At the end of the first half any players on your team that have caused a casualty gain Frenzy. If they already have Frenzy they gain Dauntless.
If no casualties have bee caused d3 random players on your team gain Bone Head. If they already have Bone Head they gain Really Stupid.
3) Nurgle
Whenever one of your players is placed in the KO or Cas box from play roll a d6. On a 5 or 6, an injured player is put in the KO box instead, and a KO'd player is instead placed in reserves. If they have Regeneration, roll for Regeneration before making this roll.
4) Slaanesh
All players on your team gain the Sprint skill. If they already had Sprint they also gain Sure Feet
5) Tzeentch
Once per game you may change any one of your die rolls to any other result.
You may only do this on your turn.
Roll a d6
1 Nothing Happens
2-4 Lose a team rr to make the change. If you have no rerolls left a random standing player on your team is hit by a lighting bolt. They are placed prone and must have an av and injury roll made against them as if Blocked by a Claw, MB (+1) player
5 – Make the change but your opponent gains a team reroll
6 – Make the change

No Wizards, Mercenaries or Special Play Cards may be induced.

Scoring:
20 points for a win
10 points for a draw
0 for a loss
Bonus points: 1 per TD per game (max 6 points), 1 per casualty per game (max 6 points)
