Post your announcement for your tournament. You many only have ONE thread per a tournament in this area. The dates of your event with the year should be included in the subject header.
Regarding UKTC (April 2022) and the funds you have all kindly sent.
It's important to think about what happens if some unexpected restriction in Spring 2022 makes the event impossible and we have to cancel.
Certain things need to be planned and paid for in advance eg tournament gifts, pitches etc
We are expecting to secure a "covid insurance" arrangement with the University, such that venue and staff hiring, food etc would be cancelled altogether with zero charge.
In short this might mean that late cancellation would mean only a partial refund of your ticket price. Perhaps £25-30 per person, though please don't quote me on the amount at this stage.
We would send the tournament gifts out to you in the post.

UK places would be freed up if some of the 0-15 non-UK slots are not taken up. Don't have a date on that yet given all the uncertainty about travel abroad just now. I think this will be some time in 2022. I'll be in regular contact with the guys from Norway, France, Spain, Sweden etc.
If a UK place is available then I would offer this to the reserve list in order.
