17/7 early birdage (for both things) according to the rules pack.

My question now - is +AG and +ST now just a stunty thing (rules pack looks different from previous years iirc) and does that include stunty players on non-stunty rosters (e.g. skinks)?

In answer to your question all players with the stunty skill can take +AG and +ST. This includes goblins in a ORC team and skinks in a LIZARDMAN team.

We have akso made a skink and underworld goblin teams option for the stunty cup.
