Oh can't remember exactly what the message was now, but something about you not excepting payments of that kind and asking me to change my card. Unless my card has been blocked after staying in a dodgy hotel on the weekend ? I'll try and check it out later.

Taunton! That's quite a trek. Can anyone help a brother BB'er out? I know a few coaches in that area but not sure if they are coming this one.

If you can make by train to Bournemouth* I can arrange a lift to the venue.

*just quickly checked trains and that would be a near 4 hour ride via Bristol and Southampton. Might be worth asking if you can hitch a lift with anyone from Bristol?

I can get the train to/from Bristol easily enough if someone can give me a lift from there.

The venue is a hotel, but is not exactly the cheapest around.
Being a tourist town, there are literally hundreds of B&Bs and Hotels in the immediate area. Plus camp sites (if that's your thing) and hostels. I could not possible list them all.
