Firstly a little about us.

Aftermath Gaming Club is based in Norwich, Norfolk. We meet every Tuesday to play fantasy, science fiction, historical wargames and of course Blood Bowl. Aftermath was formed in 2006 and currently has over 40members. We have been running tournaments since 2007.

Well after holding one day events for the locals for the last two years we have decided to try and tempt some of you over the Norfolk border for our first 2day bloodbowl event.

Full details of the tournament can be found here in the tournament section of the clubs website.

http://www.aftermath-tournament.co.uk/

The entry form is here

http://www.aftermath-tournament.co.uk/B ... ryform.pdf

There is room for probably 40entrants (maybe a few more)

Because its out first 2day event im not sure what the interest will be so if people could post if there interested it would be very helpful. We have no interest in making profit from these events and any money received over the costs of hire hall will be spent on better food/drink on the weekend and better tournament prizes and hopefully there will be a souvenir for all entrants but this will depend on the amount of entrants we have.

please post any questions or PM me if you prefer.

I'm a local, so I'd be interested.

Be aware it's on the same weekend as the Stunty Slamm, so northerners might be tough to tempt.

Any chance of bringing some students from the Uni club this year, DCMFlossy?

I'm looking forwards to playing rather than running it this year - especially if there are 40 entrants!

I attended your first (one day) tournament a couple of years ago. It was really well organised and in a fantastic setting. Count me in again this year!

As current holder of the Most Injured Team award I feel like I have to be there to defend my crown... though it depends on whether I can get a weekend pass. Will let you know nearer the time.

Crowns, Sandwich. Crowns - you're also the current holder of Best Comeback and the prestigious S.Ch.Wi.N.G. Award. And yes, you have to be there to defend them!

Its called modesty... I just picked out the one I was most proud of.
Could be a return for the high elves, could be pro elves, could be chaos... could even be 'flings if I can find/paint up another treeman and possibly a decent star.

Does that mean I need to defend my title of most violent team which I got with woodelves!?

Emrys - I'll put a post up re. the tourney, but most of them suffer from severe cases of apathy, and only play Blood Bowl cos I make them! :-?

The good news is that you don't need to paint up a star player as there won't be any star players at BBoing!.
