Team ARBBL is:
1. Gary/MoodyGit 2. Mike/BigBelcher 3. Chris (gotta check what his NAF name is, and also his status) 4. Me!

We've just lost two more people from the Spiky Team which means it's looking like Spiky will not be able to put forward a full team. Pete has volunteered to play for the Merc team as his halflings should fit in well which does seem to put us down to only seven teams.

ECBBL were talking about a second team, so maybe there are one or two people from London who could make it over to fill out numbers if needs be?

If there's an odd number of teams, are you going to punish the bottom team by making them play each other for one round?

My money's on Thetford. ECBBL should do ok. Shame GBBL couldn't send a team! Wish we were there!

Assuming we have seven full teams I aim to do a three way for the bottom three teams. I just need to work out how to sort this out on excel.

Just spotted this is 4 games. 4 games with gobbos in one day! I'll bring the painkillers. Looking forward to it - hope the admin works out

I can say for sure the admin will be a nightmare as I don't have a program to pair up seven teams for me so I'll probably end up doing it all by hand.
Why did I think a team event would be a good idea?

It was excellent - look forward to seeing the full results, the stunty team didn't come last. Woo!
From memory: First - ECBBL MVP - McTeague with 4/0/0 Most TDs - Besters (15?) Best painted - Firebreather Stunty Cup - Antipixi with 1/2/1 Wooden spoons - ARBBL
Surprisingly enjoyable with goblins, though if I ever take them again it will be where doubles are allowed so I can have a HMP bomber. 3 competitive games, and one absolute walloping!

Thanks to all involved for a fun day. The stunty cup was a close run thing and if it were not for BigBelcher roll double skulls on a block in his turn 15, my turn 16 equaliser would never have happened. In fact, 4 out of the 5 stunty teams were in with a shot at the title going into the final game. Highlight of the day: Beating mattwhile's Chaos Pact team 2-0 (3-3 on cas) in round 3! Thanks again, Chris

Thought I was in for a right 'mare after Firebreather beat me 4-0 in game 1 - nothing I did worked, and his Elves were all over me like a rash ("4+,4+, 4+, 3+, 2+ and score - same again?"), but brought it back to a semi-respectable 2/1/1. Played 3 new (to me) people I think, so that's a bonus. Thanks to Long_Bomb for running the event. I'm definitely up for it again, as are the rest of the ARBBL lads, but let's hope for your sanity you get an even number of teams next time. (Oh, and I'd just like to ask if my Chaos Dwarfs can take their mittens off now - 6 Cas in 4 games, including 1(!!!!) against halfling...)
