Skill sets will be the same as last year
@Wightlord - 15 point penalty for the WB

Ok, the rules pack is just having a last minute reedit, but the rules will be as last year:

TV110

Before the tournament choose one of the following skillsets for your team and assign them the requisite skills.

Skillset 1: 5 x normal skill, 1 x double

Skillset 2: 4 x normal skill, 1 x double, 1 x +1 MV or +1 AV

Skillset 3: 3 x normal skill, 1 x double, 1 x +1 AG

Skillset 4: 4 x normal skill, 1 x +1 ST

No players can have more than 1 upgrade & you cannot upgrade a star player
Instead of a double you may choose a normal skill
If you choose a skillset with a stat increase, you have to use it
You cannot change skillsets/skill choices during the tournament

Stars & Wizards are allowed. Any other inducements listed in the C.R.A.P. rulebook are not allowed, apart from the following two exceptions.

Halflings can hire a Master Chef
Goblins can purchase bribes
