Clarification re: stars, due to a question that a certain stunty aficionado sent me.

As long as you have eleven rostered players before you purchase stars, two Stars can be taken by Tier 4 teams.

Please let me know if you’ve got any questions, exciting that people are already thinking about rosters!

Still got two spots up for grabs, so spread the word if you’ve got any mates who aren’t fond of their beds.

Welcome aboard, fella.

One spot left, please help me fill it or I’ll have to watch you lot roll dice and go slowly mad for 24-hours from the sidelines!

Sorry Jip. Have four tournaments i'm interested in within the space of a month - have to cull two so will be dropping this one since it has the biggest travel expense.

Go with glow-in-the-dark and you can play Glow, in the dark, in the garden once the sun goes down!
You asked for glow in the dark, you got it - the GlowVurm Wrigglers

Hello chaps, just over a week to go!

Having thought about roster submission, I’m happy to trust you to your own rosters (so I don’t need them in advance), on the understanding that you bring a legible roster with all stats and skills, for your opponent to look at throughout the game/s. Positionals should be clear and skills should be marked.

It might be easy to talk through scribbles on a beermat in game one or two, but by game ten you may not be so lucid!

A heads up on what we’ll be playing for:

First place
Second place
Third place
Most touchdowns
Most casualties
Stunty Cup
Spot prizes (see earlier post in this thread for details)

Just a reminder that the random nature of the draw (as detailed in the rulespack) means some of you may receive more favourable draws than others. There are fourteen coaches and only (!) eleven games to be played. The draw will be final and you’ll be expected to play the games you’re drawn in. Remember, unlucky coaches can have good days and even the best coaches can still roll 1s and skulls!

Finally, as it’s my first tournament (with help from Dave and others along the way), I’m probably as excited and nervous about how it all goes as you guys are!

As always, any questions, please ask.

Looking forward to hearing how this goes! Good luck all. If it wasn’t so far away I’d be tempted with double 24 hours myself! ;)

My only worry is a last-minute bail meaning I have to watch the insanity from the outside. If that happens, might spend the day documenting key coaches’ decent into madness via video diary, Big Brother style.
