These are on 40mm bases. They are not as big as Ogres, but as large as Chaos Warriors or Black Orc Blockers.

Have to agree with Grum, the first one looks like a fat Skaven. The second one looks kinda Skavenish from the front but looks more wolfish from the side.

Actually, rats have longer pointier snouts. This is a bear, with a much shorter snout. Here is a pic of him with his new claws and from the side. A bit blurry though. Also one from behind.
