Do Big Guys still advance at half pace under BBLRB2?

The only disadvantage big guys have now are the nega traits. They're treated as regular players in all other ways, mostly to keep confusion and special rules to a minimum.

yeah, here's the tradeoff in a nutshell between last version's rookie big guys and this versions.

Good:
*They get skills at normal rate (of course, everybody's rates changed in LRB such that the 2nd skill isn't until 16spp)

*If they were allies, you don't lose fan factor anymore.

Bad:
*They can't use team rerolls (Tho they can use leader rerolls)

*They can't "buy off" neg traits with a doubles roll...you're stuck with them forever.

*They can't use doubles rolls for extra ST or AV like they were able to before.

Overall I think it's a sensible change. Having a whole list of extra special rules for big guy skill advancement is silly. This way is a whole lot simpler, while still pretty well balanced. Plus, now, if you see an ogre, and it's NOT morg, you KNOW he has bonehead.

Hur. Yeah, I forgot about the not using team rerolls. They can use leader, pro or trophy though.
