When i click on the link it merely opens a blank GW page. What am i doing wrong?

Works for me - are you using a browser that displays PDFs within itself (such as Chrome), as if so, you'll need to let it download.

No clue :-? , I tried the link before posting it, and tried it again now.
It works with Internet Explorer and Firefox, I didn't try with other browsers, though.

You will need Adobe reader to be installed for IE and Firefox.
