Just thought I would say hi, I have just started playing BB again after many years of absence and am loving it!

Building a norse team (using space wolves as funds are tight at the moment but hope to get a more suitable team when I get spare funde) I have already made a pitch and played 2 games so fa, 1st was a draw (dark elves) and the 2nd was a disaster 6-0 (skaven)

I have regiseered with the NAFF aswell (if any of their staff read this please contact me :) )

To my amazement my 11 your old daughter seems interested in playing so it could be a new family game!!

Ooh, South Wales - think there are a fair few down your way. Enjoy!

Well done for putting your location on, not many people do :)

Yeah, noticed that not many people have their location, makes sense to use it to possibly find more players in the area :)

Spending too much money on this already (although far cheaper than my other hobbies) since I posted above I bought a yeti & some plastic arms for my team...

Have a pic of my part made pitch on my phone, will try & post it up :)

[edit] Just noticed I must have left my phone at home, wondered why it had been quiet in work today... [/edit]

People running the Welsh Cup may be able to put you in touch with local players.

@Darkson - Cheers, will have a look :)

@lunchmoney - There is an expensive bridge to get over to get to and from Bristol, thanks for the tip though :)

I know, I cross it about 2 or 3 times a year going to Aber :)

Vanguard also hold tournies and one day events. Contact @Eski for info there.

Got relatives in London so I do it about 1-2 times a month :(

I have to choose between spending time with my wife or going out to play BB again tonight - am struggling to decide, I played last night as well...

Love this post, I've been back on this forum after about 12 months away. I am now at the ppont of buying my first team, as family and work always prevented purchases in the past.

What team to go for, and after choosing a race, what minister to go for aaaarrrggghhh.

Narrowed it down to:

Halflings
humans
Dwarves

After that I'm stumped. I love the stunt fellas for there never say die spirit, humans for their balance and Dwarves for their stubbornness. I play stunties and humans on bble.
What to do.......
