Go into your profile and you will find a panel at the bottom that allows you to upload a picture.
Make sure the dimensions and file size are not too big.

I also like Bluetooth´s cow picture. It reminds me of a postcard me and my girlfriend had on the inside of the bathroom door when we lived in Malmö, Sweden to study at the University of Lund. Every friend who visit our toilet and looked up got a greeting from a similar cow with snivelling snout. Great memories from the uncomplicated days as a university student.
