that can be fun, especially with those little guy rosters. you can have full 16 player rosters without having a massive TR.
i find that in most leagues now the player numbers are kept low in order to keep down the TR.
i think though that with the new LRB that the TR will be lower anyway. no SPP's for fouls etc will see less high powered teams. even 5 games into the current league i am involved in and the TR's are lower than on the 3rd ed rules.
