Hello from french.
I'm a rookie on this forum which I discovered 2 weeks ago. A long post discuss the kicking rule from the annual 2002.
The annual is not sell in french and is no more available in england.
If someone could tell me the complete rule, I would be very happy (to finally understand the post)

Its a 3 stage process ... if Chet has the rules in electronic format... be nice if he could post 'em .... I've done a lot of typing lately.

Effectivement, j'ai vu quelques locations en France. Je suis à Antibes et dirige une ligue parisienne et internet...
But on an english forum we should still write in english...
And it would be very nice if someone (Chet for instance ...) could post the complete kicking rule or email me (jlhurriec@wanadoo.fr)

I have 'em somewhere. If I find time between now and my trip to Russia on the 27th, I'll post them here. Maybe this weekend. Too much stress at the moment.
