OBBLM - PROBLEM WITH USER

Hi
Our link(http://legacrematoria.esy.es) is hosted by hostinger and some days ago we pay to pass from free account to premium.
But in that moment we had problem to post report or update roster.
Every time it didn't update correctly and it show this message
"The user specified as a definer ('u552289974_crema'@'10.2.1.12') does not exist"
Someone could help me please?
