Do you mean stuff like logo and player photos, or team data like stats and game history? The latter you wont find in the file manager, only in the SQL database.

You'll need a program of some kind to access the database. Either a local program on your PC, such as MySQL Workbench, or a web-based one like PHPAdmin if your host supplies it
