DE vs HE thrower

Can someone explain me why there is a 10k difference between the High Elf Phoenix Warrior and the Dark Elf thrower?
They have the same stats and skills, only they play in different teams.

Do not tell me it is because the rest of the players are better in the DE team as the blitzers are the same (yes DE can have 4 I know).
It all comes down to the 2 witch elves vs the Lion Warriors.

According to the formula (http://home.earthlink.net/~agentrock/pdf/pcost.htm), that player should cost 90k.

So why did the High Elf got a bargain?

To encourage HELfs to play Passing tactics, and to discourage DElfs from those plays.

True that for only 10k more he is a lot more appealing than a lineman for a high elf...

But is not the price that's gonna prevent me to play the passing game with my DE when I'll buy one...

Thanks for your response anyway

Use the search options in this forum Berserker. This topic was discussed here already. Maybe you find insight here

Relborn, there have been like 5 new topics on this entire board in the last 3 months. If some new guy wants to start a new post about a topic that has been discussed....LET HIM!!!!

It shouldn't kill anybody...

Evil tax. It's the same reason the Orcish thrower has less movement than his Human counterpart.

Does it have something to do with the "team formula" that Galak has posted on his site?

By all means he should ... but he should also try to search if this topic was already discussed 5 times before. This is a main advantage to the guy asking, as he is saving himself a lot of time.
