Piling On ???

Just a quick question regarding my favorite skill....

If I beat my opponents armor without using the Piling On skill, can I still Pile On him to avoid being him standing in the Tackle Zone of another dangerous player. I don't like getting into the practice of giving my opponent blocks on my Berserkers. Foul them all you want with penalty, but don't block them.

Yes you can use Piling On even if you don't need to.
