There seems to be some confusion with the wording choice on the Card

the card is a new BB2016 version of previous editions Trap Door Card

as stated clearly on the card you use all the rules for TTM, it also states that you do not fumble.
According to TTM you need Right Stuff Skill to be thrown

some players believe the wording on the card (Hence you need Right Stuff to be thrown)
some players believe that anyone can be thrown because of their experience with Trap Door card and the intent of the TTM is to describe how the mechanics of the Throw works (even though it more or less describes it on the card)

We all know this is a fine example of the excellent wordsmithing of the GW staff

It's supposed to work for all players, not just stunty! (my opinion)

The card say all rules except fumble (and by that no dice roll?). So that would mean it only works on players with right stuff. But that is obviously not what the author of the card had in mind. If anyone you play is ruleslawyering over this you should consider stop using cards or stop playing them.

There are more questions:

Can the swoop skill be used?

Will falling with the ball cause a turn over?

Will ending up outside the pitch with the ball cause a turn over?

Not sure about the others, but Swoop skill should definitely be usable in this situation.
