Quick Shadowing Q

Hello. Just hoping to get a quick clarification on Shadowing. Does the Shadowing roll take place after the player being shadowed make his/her dodge roll? So each time the Shadowing player keeps in contact the moving player has to keep dodging to keep going, correct?

Quick follow-up Q: if they fail the dodge roll you can still shadow them, yeah?

Whether the Dodger is standing or not is not relevant, only that they have taken an action and left a TZ of the Shadow.

Full rundown:

Coach A declares Move Action.
Player rolls Agility to Dodge away from Shadow.
Success or fail the player is moved into the target square.
Shadow dice are rolled and Shadow moves (if successful).
If the Dodger is still standing then they can try moving again. Rinse/Repeat until the Dodger falls over or the Shadow roll fails leaving the Shadow in their own square.

I suppose the only other question is when is the shadowing declared. Before or after the dodge roll. I would have said after.
