I voted for the weapons. Why? Well because, athough every Goblin wants to hurt someone, they wont be good at it unless:
1) They have overwhelming numbers
2) They have the tools of the trade (chainsaw anyone?)
A lone unarmed Goblin should not be able to foul an armored Dwarf, Black Orc or god forbid a Treeman and put them in the injury box. But, 5 or 6 of them, or one with a weapon would be a different story

I am not sure where I fall on this one. I admit it's hard enough getting a player surviving long enough to get doubles, as they tend to get a big cross-hair on them on the pitch if they have DP. But in tournaments I can see it being unbalancing, as in the UnderWorld Cup it would have meant the Gobs take DP every skill roll earned, which when combined with them being the only team able to field a full roster is a HUGE advantage.
Being the Goblin Coach of the NAF it seems, I complete agree that yes they may foul and cheat like mad, but who said they were any good at it now? Leave it as is, it makes it all the more challenging trying to get those fanatics to actually win a game or two.

Just curious, but why exactly? I like goblins, their foul and dirty and cheating approach to the game. I would like it if the rules would change in a way (whatever that may be) that would give them a decent change in leagues or competitions. I don't see why it's nessecary to make them crappy.Sixpack595 wrote:I agree that crappy teams should be crappy teams.

If you want to make Goblins better just add a few positional players to their roster, you can steal ideas from the MBBL2 or just be creative.
Here's what I like:
0-4 Goblin Blocker 50k 5 2 3 8 Dauntless, Right Stuff, Stunty (Agi)
0-2 Goblin Sneak 60k 6 2 3 7 Dirty Player, Dodge, Right Stuff, Stunty (Agi)

I remember when Goblins USED to have positional players! Hell Da
Maggot Scum still use the four Goblin Catchers they used to have!
It's a thought, but damn I like playing the futile team...it's all the more
hilarious when they pull off victories in a tournament. Wonder how the
two Goblin teams did at the Bloodbowl?..as all I saw was the "neutral"
score of 150 for the entries...
Now if Allies were brought back, now that would make the Goblins very
interesting... Sort of how Hobgoblins make the Chaos Dwarf team I feel
more effective than the Dwarves. Skaven hands-down should be the
Allies allowed...though then again you'd have to re-introduce the
"Fighting in dugout" rule for the team.
