Just a thought to save possible confusion. The current ruleset is not 4th, that's been rescinded and classified as experimental.
So we're now playing with the 2001 Rules Review or unoffically 2k1.
4th is deceased, defunct and pushing up daisies!

If the title isn't changed I may be tempted to raise some O*PA related queries!
