For collectors/fans of 2e

Post by Ithilkir »

http://realmofchaos80s.blogspot.co.uk/2 ... l-new.html

On the Realm of Chaos 80's blog, the writer was at the Oldhammer weekend where Bryan Ansell (old Citadel founder) showed off his old Citadel collection which had many models that appeared in White Dwarf and rulebooks including some old BB stuff that has not seen the light of day for many years.

For direct image link (although if you have any interest in older GW stuff please do check out the blog)

Gouged Eye 2e plastics, Chaos Dwarves and possibly a never produced model or conversion on the right (human, green, spiky helmet, behind the 2e plastic elves)

Halflings, Elves and Chaos

Wow, that's incredible. Nice models and also really interesting to see a variety of paint jobs. Had no idea some of those old models were so colorful and expertly painted. The magazines really didn't do them justice.
