I'm using "fashion model" as a euphemism for suggestive poses.

The pose is a bit weird, but the giant baby head on her is worse. The other players don't seem to have that issue though.

Seriously though, there's a lot of talent gone into doing this. I applaud the skill of the sculptor, but I'm drained and jaded by the sheer volume of cringeworthy pinup crap that passes for female representation in my favourite board game. I honestly just find it embarrassing.

Just for once, I'd like to see someone make an attempt at portraying cool, strong athletic females in miniature form without pornifying them, either in (un)clothes or model thin, or in provacative poses - surely the soft porn market is saturated by now? Please, just one proper team. No bending over, no coy fingers in mouths, and no doe eyed, submissive expressions. Just cool women playing blood bowl. I with throw money at you so fast it's not even funny.

I would think that it might be challenging to sculpt female players that also fit the fluff without making them at least a bit scantily clad. I could do without the coy poses myself, and would applaud more, "ready to take/throw a block type of pose, but I'm also not a fan of BB teams that look like modern, real-world sports teams. Not at all.
I already have 2 amazon teams (GW, and one of those booby teams) so I'm not in the market for a 3rd honestly, but I would like to see a team of ladies with some realistic meat/muscle on their bones (these at least seem to have the muscle), that look like armor 7, and look like GW fluff Amazons. Probably asking too much, though.
For the record, I don't really find anything offensive about these minis. I am old enough to be able to see real boobs, but I still like seeing new boobs when I can.
These just aren't that perfect team for me to get me to buy a 3rd Amazon team.

Maybe someone will meet you half way and do a sexy male Norse team in the seductive poses?

If we all start bringing teams will with male eye-candy then it might encourage a few more women to play the game.

I wouldn't worry. There is a pretty vocal group here with anything related to a female mini, but I doubt it will be too hard to find a market for these minis. You obviously put a lot of work into them, and judging by other "sexy" teams that have done well in crowd funding campaigns, I would expect these to do well also.
Don't let a vocal minority discourage you from trying to do something you enjoy.

Nobody else noticed the other "big" problem? Maybe everyone just puts the miniatures in a shelf, and never a board? Stop looking at the boobs and the clothes, load the full size images if needed (visit the links, then "view image" from menu).

Spikes and fingers, and slightly less, wrists. If they cast right at such tiny dimensions, they will not last long in the field. (It's like there were only two settings for miniatures, ultraheroic blobs or ultraanime sticks, BTW.) They are game pieces, they should try to work as such.

And while touching sizes... quick maths assuming 25mm bases... ~40mm to top of dual mohawk, ~36 to the eyes for the |__| fingers one? 54mm standard for 2020?
