Good call on the Angmar troll -I have the same model in my 'blood bowl box' since I also thought he'd make a good blood bowl troll.
I do agree with a comment above that the head seems a bit small though- I think it would help balance him out if you clipped the arrow-spike off his helmet... judging from the side view picture I think the overall shape would work better without the tall bit on the helmet and I suspect it would make the head seem less small, plus the head is so famously recognizable as Ripper with that helmet.

Ok, if I met the Original Ripper in a dark alley I would be looking for a way out, meeting this guy would have me throwing my wallet at him and screaming like a little girl. The bulk works incredibly well in my eyes.

Good job. I love this idea, though I think I'd try it with Morg's head. It's smaller and so he'd look even more muscled.
