Merry Xmas or "How Santa called out to Foul a Naughty Orc"
Twas the Night Before Xmas, when all through the Stands
Not a Creature weren't stirring: all were a Louse.
The unpopular refs were all hung on the goalposts with care
In hopes that any more foulers they'd spare.
The snotlings were fewer for the Troll had just fed
While few thoughts if any stirred in his head.
A Witch Elf in leather & Halfling chef in chef cap
began to argue & yell, it looked like a scrap!
When out on the pitch there arose a great clatter
The fans rose from their seats, to scream & blather
Out from the box the Elves ran with a flash
The Orcs braced for the kick & ready to bash.
...
painted up a new team with an xmas theme.
I've done some Halloween teams in the past, thought it was time to try a new holiday.
I've never cared a great deal for the wood elf models, so I converted these so their 'aerobics' suits would be turned into high elf boots.
After painting these I am sorely tempted to keep them.. but they'll probably be going up for sale as I need to save for moving to the other side of the planet
But I like the team and wanted to share the pictures with a bit of Holiday well wishing for the Forum folks here

Fun theme incredibly well executed! I would have been tempted to give all the elves little pointy hats too, but the boots are a nice touch, and I love Yule Log's baubles!

Very nice !! Look absolutly stunning !
I'v always wanted to do one with goblins, though. Night gobbos can make great little santas... I've painted the Neomics instead thouh.
But if I didnt already have a WE team, I'd be sorely tempted to buy these though. In fact, I still am.

Excellent!
If you do sell them, hope they go for a good price. I'd love to have them, but gonna be well out of my price range methinks (at least, they should be!).

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I concur. But if the price is 2 tic tacs and a postage stamp I may be able to beat it.Darkson wrote:Excellent!

Hi!
Really cool themed team. If you put it for sale, could you please send us the link? I am tempted to bid for them.
