Very nicely done! He looks awesome. I can't wait to be able to paint my own!

It's really cool to have been able to watch as he was being born from greenstuff to what he is today... our lil' troll is all growed up now.

I think the blue on the scales probably makes the fur appear more blue, but I don't have a problem with this, Its up to your usual standard mate Nice one!

Gizmo!

Very cool. Thanks for painting him up Ewan, it's possible to see all the details clearly now. :)

I want one, stat!

Edit: and I think it's the old wonderful 'blue filter' on cameras as standard that's blued up the fur a little more than it would be to the naked eye.

Thanks to Underdog for fixing the 'blueness' 8) image stuff on PC's is a bit beyond me...thanks again Tom.

It looks more like this in reality -

Also thanks for all the kind words guys, if anyone else is interested in trying sculpting even though I'm pretty new to it too, I'll be glad to try and help with advice etc.

That looks loads better Ewan, I know the blue wasnt the colour, but the blue tinge of the fur before made it look a bit wierd, but with a great paintjob, now it looks fab :)

Im going to have to find a fault now somewhere, all this praise cant be healthy for you ;)

Looks way better without the blue!
I also tried my hands on color correction. Here's the outcome.

Damn, Ean, he's gorgeous. I am so pleased to see a great sculpt like the snow troll taken from wire frame to painted glory! Can't wait to have a hand at trying my own.

This guy rocks. I love the red with white stripe. I'm going to steal that for some guys of my own. The purple gums is a nice touch.

Nasty looking troll indeed. Well done!
