the mistake is the little bit of gstuff showing - that rather phallic antler snapped off and I forgot to repaint it.

The mistletoe idea would hve been great as would have the string or nails blantantly banged into his head holding the antlers on. That' all mushrooms under the snow though. The team already won you an award and with good reason. You did a great job. I think the antlers looking like something the Goblins found and glued on is just what was needed. Sure, the'd use real antleres if they had them but, in winter, the animals haven't shed them yet.
