I am starting humies and already used an empire wizard for my well wizard. Now all I need is an apoth. Any suggestions. The other I need are assistant coaches and head coaches.

Heres an interesting idea for an apothecary. Its an old Deadlands miniature from Pinnacle, the sawbones, an old west doctor. Its a cool fig. I picked mine up out of a bargain bin a while ago and I am just getting around to painting it.

Heck,
Flaggellants, especially the older edition ones, are good for quick, effective apoths for ALL 3 human-type teams.
