Hey vintage lovers III: the rest of my Chaos Dwarf team
Just got the rest of my Chaos Dwarf team back from the painter: the coach, the apo and the armoured Troll player. The new ones are at the bottom of the page. The team is complete now. I included the rest of the team as the original post seems no longer available. All miniatures are painted by Olli Booms.

I know that Snots knows this Troll from before, but for the rest
It was hard work to get rid of his weapon, as he was armed with a huge flail, which was attached to his knee, lower leg and resting on/next to his foot. Afterwards I bended the weapon arm forward to get it in line with the other arm. I chose him because of his great LOS stance, and because he is more armoured than the other old trolls. I think that fits more to a Chaos Dwarf team to have an armoured Big Guy.

lovely all round...
only one slight negative Nark.. I don't think the bases do them justice... very plain and lacking in colour, team would look much better on static grass I think.... otherwise I'm still in love though...
PS if anyone has a spare one of those trolls for sale I'm your man!

I understand. I left the basing to the painter but in fact I expressed my concern about green basing bc. I was afraid that Greenskins plus green basing could look too plain (?). I like the "sand pitch", he drew some white chalk lines on some bases, plus occasionally drops of blood (like dripping from the Trolls gauntlet). But you can't see them on the photos.
As a site note: he did this work for me as "friend" and definitely got underpayed, so considering this the basing is fine IMHO.
