poke around in the print settings and try to find something that says "print text as graphics" and turn it to "On".... this solved the problem for me...
...of course, after i started to realize the book was full of typos, i decided to wait until after the update to priont it...

DW - you wouldn't be sharing my suspicions that certain high profile members of this board with the initial JKL and CZ, or possibly AH and JJ are the men behind Jim and Bob would you?
Personally I'd take it as a compliment. But then, I have a fish in my ear and know where my towel is.

I've heard them all, and even Chet's and John's accents aren't that bad

I have to say that english spoken by Canadian people is much more easy to understand for foreigners than english from US people... Seems more "standard"... I think this is due that accent Anthony said... and not talk about slangneoliminal wrote:What accent?!?!?Anthony_TBBF wrote:I've heard them all, and even Chet's and John's accents aren't that bad

Still, I've escaped being caught on video anyway!
Nice to see TalkBloodBowl given a link as well.
OH no you haven't, you and Andy can clearly be seen on the vid playing against each other. Look for the guy in the England shirt with a rather dramatic dice rolling action!!! It's on the long vid DW so you'd better get a heavy duty elastic band to run your PC.

Dramatic dice rolling action? LOL!
Actually, both you and me can be seen peering into the minatures cabinet on the short vid, I was kinda obscured by a Guinness hat though, bit like your tactics on the day!
Yeah, this ol' machine is in definate need of a stronger elastic band...

another seeming problem i found was in the description of the leap skill
it states
"If the player successfully makes the dice roll then they make a perfect jump and may carry on moving (and may leap again if they have enough movement left)."
at the end of the paragraph it then says
"A player may only use the leap skill once per action."
can people leap again in a carryon of the leap action or is the new addition saying one leap total - this seeming contradiction could lead to people misunderstanding how to appropriately apply the skill

It's interesting. The index at the front refers to page numbers, and there is even references to page numbers in the rules, but unless you are using Acrobat to read and using the Thumbnails on the left to choose your page. It is hard to track where you are.
