ok... the sitemap should be ok now, too.

Enjoy ipad users ! :D

EDIT: As i was told, this sitemap updating helps no ipad-users
because of the links to the flash builded gallerys.
I´m sorry for this mistake. I hope, the sitemap is of use anyway.

The issue is not just the menu, the issue is flash in general. Those were the bad news. Old pages are HTML, new pages are flash, so nothing changed for ipad users with sitemap having links to the flash ones. Menu can be replaced with something JavaScript based (JS, not Java, different things but with poor naming), probably.

Ok, so i misunderstood this. I thought, the menu itself is the problem.

But i´m sorry, i will not change everything for the ipad users now again or
will keep two different website up to date. At last for the next time.

I hope, for the most users this version will still be usabale.
If not, i could save some money and a lot of time,
which goes into this website work ...

With the DungeonBowl pictures march 2010 i started using
this kind of gallery...

Just curious... is it working on Android tablets?

EDIT: ----------------------------------------
I just started thinking about this Flash problem.

Maybe i will just keep the old picts of the GW Editions online
without any changes and any updating as html-gallery like
ATM the ones of 2.ed and 3.ed.
Then I will link those galleries to the sitemap only.
For the GW-Archives there will be hardly any changes from GW-side
So you ipad user would have acess to the GW Archives only as i will not
build the whole other sections like Collectorstuff and Fantasy
Footbowl miniatures as html-version again!

I hope, i will find all the files which i removed from server
at my save-files.

The new website looks great and I love the new pics. Great work (again/still)!

A little bit of "negative" feedback:

1. I agree with the point about not being able to link to a specific picture. I've used that a lot and really liked being able to do so.
2. The new flash site does not load on Android phones (I don't think the old one did either, though). So if you're ever bored, an html version would be wonderful...

Not complaining in any way. Just letting you know. :D

Ok.. another idea.
I downloaded a Web Gallery creator called "Shozam"
first as trial version. Looks quite good as i can add sound and video, too.

The Intro is flash (i still have to check how to remove this part...),
but Index, Album and Details is HTML.
I used my iphone with Safari to check it out. It works for me. :)
And it is possible to copy the links from the single miniatures, too.

At the sidemap i added a link at Fantasy Football miniatures section
called "Test Gallery". The size of the gallery isnt ok, i will have to do some finetuning later.
I also added a test link into the Flash menu at the last position.
Please check it out.

If it is working, maybe i will buy the full version.
I will not change the Flash menu now again. But if i link the
Galleries into the menu AND the sitemap, too, everybody should be happy?

Flash was never avaliable for some mobile devices, and Adobe decided it's dead for the rest of them.

Yeah, the test gallery seems to work, some people will just have to hit the Index link. The other option would be running some kind of gallery tool at the server, like Gallery2, but your hosting would need to support whatever language the tool uses (and it will impose some load, while HTML based one work anywhere, with less server resources).

So one of the two options, and with links via sitemap, should work for everyone.

..Just putting my penny in..Tried site and had a look around..all good and there was a the flash (?) menu on the left.
Tried it just now and got a URL redirect error for the menu.
Using Chrome on XP.

Just saying, no complaints.

Keep going! I like it!

OK... that´s for the moment:

I checked this HTML-webgallery-software i wanted to buy. But it´s not possible to resize the HTML-Gallery-Window size
on my frames and to change the backgrounds.
Because i spend already so much time for the updates and i dont want to be forced to use something i dont like myself
and which looks IMO worse i decide to keep it this way until i found something better or there is an update of this software:

So I re-added all the old HTML-Galleries of 1th, 4th and 5th GW Editions again for the poor iPad-users as GW miniatures reference.
You can reach those old pictures again using the sitemap-html-link, which i added at the startpage below the Flash menu.
The 2nd and 3th Editions were not updated yet. I will updated those and the rest later, too, but i will keep the old links at the
HTML-sitemap-links.

If you want to see the new picts of those updated GW galleries and the Fantasy Football Miniatures you will have
to use the Flash menu at the left side or the sitemap-Flash-link below left into the Flash-Pictures-Galleries!

I hope, that will be OK for the most of you.

08.11.2013 - updated a part of the Collectorstuff section (FLASH-Galleries!!).
Now nearly all of my Tournament miniatures are shown at this new "Tournament miniatures"-section.
For now i will show only the miniatures i really own myself.

For some tournaments i got a few miniatures over the years.
These are the Sub-Galleries like "B7". The "only-one tournament-miniatures"
you can find at the "Lots of other tournaments".

I added as much informations i know about each miniature.
If you find a mistake or something i maybe could add, please contact me.
I will try to fix it. :-)

Uff...another 60+ miniatures online with better pictures. :D

The updates look great, especially the 1st edition miniatures updates. I think these are some of the cleanest photos I have seen of these miniatures. Great effort mate, keep up the good work :)
