Deathzone Sponsorship and Stadium Rules

Hi there,
We're coming to the end of our 2nd season in our league being managed on tourplay. They have added the DZ rules on Sponsorships and Stadium. Has anyone got any experience with using these rules? I think they add fluff and some variety but wondering if they break the game in the sense that teams that do well get even more cash via the Sponsorships or do the random stadiums cause more issues than its worth.
Just interested in peoples experiences / thoughts.
