Did I mention GW clamping down on bits sellers? I don't remember that, though they don't like when someone opens a trade account to get cheap stock to resell as bits at above MSRP because they have terms and conditions about that sort of thing.

As for the rest, I think we're on very different pages regarding converting stuff. I love multipart plastic to hack up.

Ah ok, so it's not all bits dealers, just some who are abusing the system? That would make sense.

Thanks for the clarification on Stars too. I think it'd be interesting to see Dieter come back, and I guess he's out for now, but who knows in the future.

It might just be me on multiparts. I'm admittedly pretty new to it, because I mainly worked on single part minis in the past. Though when they have torsos that are split into 3+ parts (like the new Troll), I think it's about impossible to reuse those parts. I did mod my troll so that his arm isn't covering his face, with a touch of green stuff, but that's pretty limited. Maybe as more people pick up the new minis and post conversion pics, I'll get some better ideas.

Are the skills for Glart snr definitely correct?

The new Glart snr miniature doesn't have a claw so maybe the claw skill is a typo.

If you read the description of the skill Claw/Claws in deathzone then it includes the classic crab claws but also sharp talons which he does have.

They went with long, pronounced talons on his hands rather than some sort of crab like claw mutation. When you look at the model in the flesh, he really does have some vicious nails on him!
I like him, but that's personal taste. It wouldn't be hard to give him something else on his outstretched arm if you prefer. But it's not a typo.

Hey wait a second, that can't be a Star Player, he isn't holding the ball and he has both feet on the ground (I think)!

I think he looks pretty awesome. It would be hard to mod something similar, so I'll probably save my pennies for the FW purchase (gulp).

Modding a Claw hand onto him might be a really nice touch.

True although the model doesn't strike me as being significantly more talony than your average rat.

What size is the mini by the way? Looks like he could be as big as a Rat Ogre.

Not quite, he's on a 32mm base and isn't really any taller than a Stormvermin. It's all belly!

Bahahahaha thats exactly what I was thinking. I think this model is the best that I've seen of the BB2016 release. Must buy for me.

I count 7-8 for high elf teams

In the LRB6/CRP, each roster had 6 Star players accessible to each of them.

I see a regular allusion to a 10 players list per roster.
Is GW working on this ? I mean, Updating the Star Players lists and augmenting them to a number of 10 per roster...

I can't find a thread where this is said explicitely.
