Not knowing much about Warhammer, I had to look most of those up. I'm still don't really know what a Squig is or what a Squig Hopper would do. However, the Doom Diver looks pretty awesome and I can imagine it would operate something like Throw Teammate. But maybe the Doom Diver is an offensive weapon? Which would be cool too.

Anyone with Right Stuff is an offensive weapon. Doom Diver could extend range or increase precision.

Games Workshop (Australia) site says:

In Blood Bowl Death Zone Season Two you’ll find:

- New teams! Included are rules for Underworld Denizens, Goblins and Chaos Renegades
- 12 Star Players – Dwarf, Skaven, Dark Elf, High Elf, Wood Elf, Amazon, Human, Halfling, Lizardmen, Vampire, Goblin, Chaos Renegade and Norse teams are covered – with background, new artwork and rules for use in games;
- New optional rules! Do you want to keep a Star Player in your team for a while? Now you can have them stick around for a much-needed boost. Running short on gold? Sponsorship deals can help out, if you don’t mind swallowing your pride and shilling McNurty’s Burger Emporium. Looking for a stadium residency? Make enough gold and you can buy your own!
- Rules for well-known referees and coaching staff, with their own quirks and specialities, and rules for different stadium and pitch types;
- History and team rosters for 6 new Hall of Fame entries – The Warpfire Wanderers, The Greenboyz, The Grudgebearers, The Celestial Comets, Chaos All-Stars and The Underworld Creepers;
- The Official Blood Bowl reference guide – an up-to-date summary of available teams, and a Skills Update featuring some corrections, clarifications and new skills following feedback from the Blood Bowl community;
- A ton of all-new background content detailing key teams, players and events in the history of Blood Bowl; facts and figures that every fan needs to know.

I thought it was available for all teams back in 2nd edition, though I may be remembering that wrong. Either way it would be a giggle... probably wouldn't be as good as a Doom Diver though (which I'd see as something along the lines of the Kick Team Mate mechanics).

I could easily see a gobbo assassin with stab being thrown in to the rules though

Whatever they do with the new Goblin Secret Weapons, I hope that they can be acceptably represented with old GW metal models from the WFB Goblin Range. I don't like non-metal models at all, so being forced to use them would be unfortunate, and I'm not much of a 'modeller', so greenstuffing a weapon on a normal goblin is not likely for me either. :|

There were still several CRP skills that hadn't made it to print in either BB2016 or DZ1, so they could well be the 'new' skills plus anything for the new Goblin positionals.

That's interesting that they have Star Players for the 'Teams of Legend' rather than restricting them to just the BB2016/DZ1/DZ2 teams. Possible change in policy, which would be welcome? Or a side effect of the Made to Order runs they've been doing?

So how many Death Zone Seasons are there likely to be?

I seem to recall four being mentioned by one of the designers prior to the BB2016 release, although as their hope rather than anything GW was committed to. If anything, the apparent success of BB2016 should mean we'll see more rather than less.
DZ1 had seven teams while DZ2 only adds three. That leaves another 11 (12 if you count Slann or the Kislev reworking) which could be 2-4 books depending on how they work them.
Suspect GW will keep publishing them as long as they keep selling.

Million dollar question frogboy. Don't know. Would like there to be a few though.As Michael says, if they sell, more can follow.

With Stars, bear in mind they have to future proof these books a bit by listing all the teams they can work for.
Karla works for Amazon Teams, hence it's fair to say they are getting a Star. But she also works for Humans, so it's equally fair to say to totally new players who only own the starter set that they're getting a new Star as well. Without saying it's the same Star.

Marketing speak. Try to unravel it and you'll go mad.

Karla is 220k by the way. And it's a bleedin' delight to be able to confirm this.

DZ26 - contains a reworded Block skill (one word changed), a new team (Low Elves - like High Elves, but their throwers don't have Safe Throw) and the 25th version of the PO skill.
Oh, and another errata.

Im just wondering what will happen in the future as originally when they (GW) first anounced BB2016 etc and they formed a new team of people to work on it they (GW) also said they'd be the new Specialist Games crew. So thinking how long they going to keep supporting this before moving onto the next Specialist game or wondering if they'll work on more games at the same time ...

Aaaaannnnnd im going mad

They've been working on multiple games since the team was set up. Don't worry about it. BB won't get left behind.

That sounds like some pretty huge additions with stadium rules and all that. Lends itself well to more team individualization, if done well.
