My mate went yesterday and played a game with the new Quorn roster - and it gave him a massive headache lol

The team he played with was 1300TV but as far as he could make out the Roster was - no costs I'm afraid

Right, I'm going to say this once in BIG letters:

THIS IS NOT THE COMPLETE ROSTER

While it was damned stupid of Focus to not release the full roster to coincide with games day, it is equally pointless to start trying to make an assessment of a team when you don't know:

• At least one of the positionals
• Numbers of each positional
• Costs of players or rerolls
• Skill access
• Starting skills
• Whether it has been playtested, and to what extent

The Bloodthirster absolutely has to have Leap + VLL.

I so hope Dode is right and that isn't the finished roster.

The fluff bunny in me just hates that they've not only been daft enough to put a khorne daemon team in over Pact or Slaan, that it has a Bloodthirster the very embodiment of Khorne's rage and fury and that it's such a sissy.

The bloodletters and pitfighters are incredibly bland too.

The Daemons of Khorne have infinite bloodlust and rage that makes them feared throughout the Blood Bowl leagues. Some of them, not satisfied with merely destroying all of civilization, started to get interested in violent games. When Bloodletters, Pit Fighters, Bloodthirsters and Heralds discovered Blood Bowl, the Daemons of Khorne made their entrance in the stadiums for the first time!

Interesting if the Bloodthirster doesn't have Loner. I suspect it does, but maybe not.


So, perhaps the team starts with all Frenzy? Has the potential to be ridiculously good at high TV when the team is laden with Guard, Stand Firm, and Block. But, maybe none of the team has General access? This would certainly impose some limitations on them and would keep them from becoming too uber too quickly.

So, obvious comment about Frenzy aside, this is the first roster with Pass access as standard on the linemen? I wonder how that will pan out? Is the fluff that they herd demons with nets and spears?
