Okay okay, I know the rumors, this year may be Grannies year for a blood bowl anniversary release, and I know everyone is sick of speculating or even talking about it, sorry. But I have a couple of queries and wanted some input if anyone knows anything.
First: if they do release anything this year, will there be new team minis, and is so what races.
Second: seen some cool one off Halfling minis lately, but any news on a full team being released by anyone in the near future.

1. Seeing as they're very unconfirmed rumours, that are mostly recycled from previous years, I hazard the answer is that no-one knows, except for those who do know but can't say anything.
2. No idea.

GW is releasing 25th special Blood Bowl
With that comes new rules
to start Wood Elves, Skaven, Chaos Dwarves rosters are changing making all of your models obsolete ...

I doubt it will make all models obsolete, still gonna need a lineman, thrower, blitzer etc. Unless of course, Grannie makes BB a game of soccer ....................... now thats a rumor worth starting lol

On the Warseer website there is a reasonably sized rumour thread in the fantasy rumours section. I’d link it but my work blocks warseer.
On there it was claimed that we’d be getting a limited edition boxed game with 4 plastic teams in it. These would be in individual poses like with space hulk. Some people with good track records did give indication that this could be true but were rather vague.
However this was posted a fair while ago a not much has come of it. If you read the thread you’ll see some people with no clue about Bloodbowl posting there so I am taking it all with a pinch of salt as we have heard similar things many times in the past.

To be honest, I guess I have rehashed it based on original post. Basically, I want to know if anyone is making a new Halfling team as I do not like the Granny halflings, and if there ever was a re-release of BB by Granny, what teams would there be.
Please fogive any frustration that this thread may have caused to anyone already sick of talking about rumors. Was not my intention.

the halflings would be the last team granny would do, sad to say. i email fabio from gaspez quite alot, and i have it on good authority he is making a "toughguy" (meaning we will finally be getting a halfling team that does'nt look like comic releif) halfling team. quote from the man,"think spikes and fully protected".
yeah. i'll buy that team in a heartbeat.

Halflings /should/ look like comic relief. As should Goblins, IMO. Love both the teams - but I hated the "new" GW pseudo-realistic looking Human and Elf teams. I love my BB cartoony.
