Is there a good way to play one off games online using tournament rosters with added skills?
I know PBEM is an option, but I was hoping there was something else. I thought you used to be able to use the JavaBB tool to play one off games with editable rosters but maybe i'm mistaken.
Is there a way to do this with the Java tool, or a way to easily hack the BBLE to let me do it?

The version of Javabowl that lets you use editable rosters is the LRB4 version. The current CRP version on FUMBBL does have a test mode, where you can add skills to an existing roster. I've used that for practice games before tourneys before, worked perfectly.

Cool thanks.
Looked on the fumbblsite and found some info on that, can you play against other coaches in testmode? They only mention hotseat on the same computer.

Yep, you can.
You just both need to use the same game name, so like test: bobsgame
as the name of the game, and you can add skills/stats to players.
